Thanks for your comment.  I think you&#039;re right about skilled sales people use these principles almost by second nature.  I think that people who feel they can&#039;t sell in fact also use these principles unconsciously, because we are all &quot;in sales&quot; in our personal lives, even if we&#039;re not selling for money.
